Social Health

          Social health is the impact on an individual's health in reference to his or her ability to interact with others and blend into the social setting. Social aspects consists of bonds among the family members, members of the community, between friends, significant other or anyone else you may know. The ability to build and maintain a healthy relationship contributes to a healthy mental attitude and outlook. These are some tips that can improve one's social health status;

  • Respect yourself and others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to cooperate with others
  • Ability to understand


        Social health often shows the status on how a person interacts with others in order to produce good relationships with them. Moreover it interprets the consequences and benefits of such interactions in relation to the well-being of that person. Despite the fact that social health is heavily contributed to one's health, it also reflects into the interconnected nature of the society too.
