Physical health

          Physical health is a way to maintain our well-being and fitness with activities which enhance our overall fitness. It deals with the body's ability to function as a whole physical entity both internally and externally. It is crucial to take care of ourselves physically by taking proper amounts of nutrition, exercise and rest. Cleanliness is quite important to avoid mild as well as severe diseases for a better physical health. It is quite essential to avoid harmful substances into our bodies, such as tobacco and other drugs that can damage our bodies prematurely. 


Nutrition


  • Proper balanced meals 


          This is the initial step in leading to a healthy life. Nutritious meals create a balance between what we eat and the way our body uses the food for energy and growth. The intake of healthy meals not only will make you look great but also gives you a lower chance of getting harmful health defects such as diabetes, cancer and heart disease. It isn't starving yourself or refusing to eat but the key is to eat small portions from the ideal healthy meals. 


  • Drinking plenty of water


          If your body does not have enough water, you may get dehydrated which in turn make you exhausted very easily in mild cases. This is due to the lack of water to provide energy to your body. Generally doctors recommend to drink at least 8 or 9 cups of water per day. Therefore it is crucial to drink plenty of water as much as we can every day. 


Exercise





          This is essential if you want to stay in shape and enhance your physical fitness. Physical exercises are any bodily activity which can be perform to strengthen muscles, honing athletic skills, toning up the body and as well as for the purpose of enjoyment. You should get around 30 minutes of exercise per day or an hour if you can. Do not over pressurize yourself to exercise too much. You could exercise yourself even by playing the trampoline, go swimming, dancing, hiking, rollerblading, running, or even by playing with your friends. It boosts our immune system and prevents the tendency to get harmful diseases. 


Rest 





          It is recommended that an average person should get at least 8 hours of sleep. The human body likes regularity, so try to go to bed and wake up in a regular pattern daily. Sleep is essential to conserve energy and relax your body after a tiring day. It plays a critical role in immune function, metabolism, memory, learning, and other vital functions in the body. Moreover, sleep makes you feel better and its importance goes way beyond just boosting up your mood or banishes your dark circles. It is also a key part for a healthy lifestyle and can benefit heart, mind, and more.   

Hygiene 





          Cleanliness is an important role in physical fitness. If you clean physically you will not only look great but also feel great. You should consider cleanliness from top to bottom of your body. These are some essential points that you should do everyday. 

  • Daily showers
  • Comb your hair
  • Wash hands and feet
  • Brush your teeth
  • Floss 
  • Take care of your skin
  • Always dress in washed, cleaned, and fresh clothes

          Apart from these basic points cutting and shaping your fingers and toe nails, shave up where necessary, applying moisturizers and other products to your body are some extra requirements to obtain a better physical health.
